Print Technology and Associated Services joining form

Collective procurement of print devices

The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) has negotiated preferential terms for print devices on behalf of all eligible government agencies (including schools) and entered into the Print Supply Agreement with providers.

To participate in and benefit from the Print Supply Agreement you must submit this joining form.

The MoU governs the relationship between MBIE and your agency/school for print devices and is non-negotiable. Once MBIE receives the completed joining form, we will confirm whether your request has been accepted and you are able to participate in the Print Supply Agreement.

Keep a copy of the confirmation email, the submitted joining form, and the MoU for your records.

The personal information provided by an agency or school will be managed and used according to this statement and the other documentation provided to you in respect of the MoU and the Print Supply Agreement. MBIE will generally only use or share the personal information for the purpose for which it is provided, or if MBIE is required to by any law or convention to which MBIE is bound.

The intended recipients of the personal information are MBIE (New Zealand Government Procurement) and the recipients of personal information as set out in the MoU and Print Supply Agreement.

If the relevant person wants to check the personal information that MBIE holds about them, request access to it, or for it to be corrected, contact us.
