The terms and conditions for accessing restricted information on our site.

Restricted information is defined as:

  1. Information specific to your agency/school such as the contracts that your agency/school is participating in.
  2. Commercially sensitive information relating to any All-of-Government contracts.

If you have requested access to commercially sensitive information relating to any All-of-Government contracts, a representative of your agency or school with appropriate authority will need to confirm that it is appropriate for you to have access. You will not have access to this information until the verification process is complete.

By accessing the restricted information via this website, you agree to:

  • treat the information on this website as confidential
  • only use the information in connection with purchasing products and services under any collaborative contract
  • only disclose the confidential information to others within your agency/school on a need-to-know basis in connection with purchasing products and services under any collaborative contract
  • take all reasonable steps to ensure that the confidential information is protected from unauthorised disclosure and access

All access to the restricted information is conditional on users complying with the obligations in these terms and conditions. These obligations continue indefinitely (or until such a time as notified by the Ministry in writing).
