Secure user terms
The terms and conditions for accessing restricted information on our site.
Restricted information is defined as:
- information specific to your agency/school such as the collaborative contracts (including All of Government contracts) that your agency/school is participating in
- commercially sensitive information relating to any collaborative contracts managed by New Zealand Government Procurement (which may include contract terms and supplier pricing).
If you have requested access to restricted information, a representative of your agency or school with appropriate authority will need to confirm that it is appropriate for you to have access. You will not have access to this information until the verification process is complete.
By accessing the restricted information via this website, you agree to:
- treat the information as confidential
- only use the information in connection with purchasing products and services under any collaborative contract for your agency/school
- only disclose the information to others within your agency/school on a strictly need-to-know basis, in connection with your agency/school's purchasing of products and services under any collaborative contract
- take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information is protected from unauthorised disclosure and access.
Access to the restricted information is conditional on users complying with the obligations in these Secure user terms. These obligations continue indefinitely (unless and until such time your agency/school is notified otherwise by the Ministry in writing).
