Agencies can use any supplier on the panel that meets their office furniture requirements. Any product or service that is within the scope of the contract can be purchased from any panel supplier at any time. You don't need to select a single supplier.
Agencies who participate in the office furniture contract don't need to go through a full procurement process of their own, which saves time, effort and cost.
It is anticipated that savings achieved will average 10.6% compared with the best prices outside of the contract.
There is currently no adminstration fee charged on this contract.
