Workplace and classroom furniture – joining form

To participate in the workplace and classroom furniture contract, your agency or school needs to agree to the supply agreement by submitting this joining form.

Collective procurement of workplace and classroom furniture

The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) has negotiated preferential terms for workplace and classroom furniture on behalf of all eligible government agencies. To participate and benefit you must submit the joining form below.

By submitting the joining form, you confirm that:

  • you have the authority to enter into the supply agreement on behalf of your agency or school
  • your agency or school agrees to comply with the supply agreement.

The supply agreement governs the relationship between MBIE and your agency or school for workplace and classroom furniture and is non-negotiable.

Once MBIE receives the completed joining form, we will confirm that your request has been accepted and that you are able to participate in the contract.

Please retain a copy of the confirmation email, the submitted joining form and the supply agreement for your records.

By signing this joining form you can access our panel of workplace and classroom furniture suppliers and preferential pricing. The full list of suppliers is available on our website, along with instructions on how to select a supplier.

This joining form simply allows you to sign up for the contract. You can then choose a supplier later. 

Acceptance of Common Capability contract relating to workplace and classroom furniture and related services

To confirm your acceptance of the terms of the agreement for and on behalf of your agency or school, please check the box below and submit this form.

By submitting this joining form you confirm that you have the authority to accept the terms and conditions of the agreement for and on behalf of the agency or school you represent.

If you do not have the requisite authority to bind your agency, please forward this joining form to someone within your agency or school who has the appropriate authority.

Your agency or school will only become a party to the agreement once approved MBIE.
