Sets out how and when agencies must publish notices of Future Procurement Opportunities (FPOs) on the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS).

Sets out how common capability contracts are established and requirements on agencies to use them.

Sets out the requirement on agencies to complete a risk profile assessment and submit it to Treasury for all investment defined by the relevant Cabinet Office circular on the Treasury’s Investment Management System website.
