Travel management services - Form of Accession

To participate in the travel management services contract, your agency or school needs to agree to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the AoG travel management services contract.

Collective procurement of travel management services

The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) has negotiated preferential terms for travel management services on behalf of all eligible government agencies. To participate and benefit you must complete the Form of Accession (FoA) below.

By completing the FoA, you are confirming that:

  • You have the authority to enter into the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on behalf of your agency/school
  • Your agency/school agrees to comply with the MoU. The MoU governs the relationship between MBIE and your agency/school for travel management services and is non negotiable.

Once MBIE receives the completed FoA, we will confirm that your request has been accepted and that you are able to participate in the contract.

Please retain a copy of the confirmation and the MoU for your records.

Acceptance of Memorandum of Understanding

To confirm your acceptance of the terms set out in the MoU for and on behalf of your agency, please check the box below and submit this form.

By submitting this Form of Accession you represent, warrant and undertake that you have the full power, capacity and authority to accept these terms for and on behalf of the Eligible Agency you represent. If you do not have the requisite authority to bind your agency, please forward this Form of Accession to the appropriate delegated authority holder within your agency. Please note that your agency will only become a party to the MoU once approved by the Ministry.
