Rental vehicles joining form

To participate in the rental vehicles contract, your agency or school needs to agree to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the AoG rental vehicles contract.

Collective procurement of Rental vehicles

The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) has negotiated preferential terms for rental vehicle services on behalf of all eligible government agencies. To participate and benefit you must submit this joining form.

By completing the joining form, you are confirming that:

  • You have the authority to enter into the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on behalf of your agency/school
  • Your agency/school agrees to comply with the MoU. The MoU governs the relationship between MBIE and your agency/school for rental vehicle services and is non negotiable.

Once MBIE receives the completed form, we will confirm that your request has been accepted and that you are able to participate in the contract.

Retain a copy of the confirmation and the MoU for your records.

Acceptance of Memorandum of Understanding

To confirm your acceptance of the terms set out in the MoU for and on behalf of your agency, check the box below and submit this form.

By submitting this form you represent, warrant and undertake that you have the full power, capacity and authority to accept these terms for and on behalf of the Eligible Agency you represent. If you do not have the requisite authority to bind your agency, forward this form to the appropriate delegated authority holder within your agency. Note that your agency will only become a party to the MoU once approved by the Ministry.
