IT hardware joining form

To participate in the All-of-Government (AoG) Supply Agreement for IT hardware (the Agreement) your agency or school needs to agree to the Memorandum of Understanding for IT hardware (MoU) by submitting this joining form.

Collective procurement of IT hardware

By submitting this form, you confirm that:

  • you have the authority to enter into the MoU on behalf of your agency/school and
  • your agency/school agrees to comply with the MoU.

The MoU governs the relationship between the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) and your agency/school for IT hardware and is non-negotiable.

Once MBIE receives the completed joining form, we will confirm whether your request has been accepted and you are able to participate in the contract.

Please keep a copy of the confirmation email, the submitted joining form and the MoU for your records.

Acceptance of Memorandum of Understanding

By submitting this joining form, you confirm that you have the authority to accept the terms and conditions of the MoU for and on behalf of the agency/school you represent.

If you do not have the authority to bind your agency or school, please forward a link to this joining form to someone within your agency/ school who has the appropriate authority.

Your agency/school will only become a party to the MoU once approved by MBIE.
