Welcoming new provider for the Procurement Graduate Programme

We are excited to share that Augment Resources will be working with us to deliver the Government Procurement Graduate Programme from 2026 to 2029.

Our graduate programme was created to develop tomorrow’s procurement leaders and is a vital pipeline for procurement talent in the public sector. Over the past year we have worked closely with agencies and stakeholders to shape the future direction of the programme.

Augment Resources shares our commitment to develop early talent and build a future-ready government procurement workforce. The new provider brings strong procurement workforce expertise, operating across New Zealand and Australia, and experience in delivering procurement-focused graduate programmes across public and private sectors.

Working with Augment will support the delivery, growth and success of our programme and we are looking forward to starting this next chapter together.

We want to thank Expert Procurement Solutions for supporting this work over the past year. They will continue to manage the existing cohort of graduates through to February 2026.
