Programme details
Our programme is a unique 2-year programme consisting of four placements across our partner government agencies. You will have access to mentoring opportunities, networking events, and training and support towards professional development.
Placements are available in both Auckland and Wellington.

Who should apply
We are open to students from a variety of degrees and tertiary backgrounds. We’re looking for people with the right combination of personal qualities, including enthusiasm, drive and commitment. You need to be a recent graduate, or a student in your final year of study in 2025 and have the right to live and work in New Zealand.

Selection stages
There are four stages to our selection process; you will only be progressed to the next stage should your application meet our predefined criterion. The selection stages are:
- Online application form (you’ll be asked to upload your CV, official or unofficial academic record and answer some introductory questions so we can get to know you.)
- Competency-based video interview
- Online assessment
- Panel interview
