Reopening of the Construction consultancy services (CCS) panel

We are reopening the Construction consultancy services (CCS) panel to new applications from March 2026 for scheduled supplier onboarding.

Since July 2025 the panel has been temporarily closed to support the early stages of a comprehensive review and redesign of the CCS solution. We anticipate that redesigning this contract will be a complex and time consuming piece of work, and we don’t expect to return to market in the immediate future.

We recognise the importance for suppliers to access government opportunities while this work continues, so we are now moving to onboard suppliers through scheduled rounds twice a year. This will allow us to process applications in cohorts and support a more consistent and smooth onboarding experience. We will use the first onboarding round to work through the existing backlog and applicants can expect the application processes to be completed within 10 working days.

The first onboarding round will run from 1 March to 31 March 2026.

The next onboarding is planned for 1 September to 30 September 2026.
