Property consultancy services agreement extension

Part of: Common Capability Procurement news Contract update

The term of the current Common Capability property consultancy services agreement expires in March 2022.

To ensure government agencies have continued access to these services under a collaborative agreement, we are extending the agreement for a term of two years to 19 March 2024 with one right of renewal of one year.

There is potential to refresh the panel when the current agreement expires in 2022. The Property consultancy services team will undertake a request for information (RFI) exercise in the coming weeks to identify the market interest in the panel.

The RFI will be made available on GETS.
