Improving the Construction Consultancy Services (CCS) solution
The Construction Consultancy Services (CCS) contract was established in 2019 to help government agencies access a wide range of services for construction or works projects.
Feedback from our agencies and providers has identified key areas where the current CCS solution can be strengthened. These include procurement efficiency, supplier visibility of opportunities, and consistency in how opportunities are accessed across the panel.
Building on this feedback, we are reviewing the CCS solution and developing proposed improvements. While this work is underway, from Monday 14 July 2025, new providers will not be able to join the current panel, and existing providers will not be able to expand their service offerings.
Applications received before Monday 14 July 2025 to join the CCS panel or expand service offerings will still be processed. Existing arrangements between agencies and current providers can continue as usual.
This allows us to work with providers and agencies to refine the CCS solution.
