Shortlist your suppliers using the Online Panel Directory

Several of our All-of-Government professional services contracts use the Online Panel Directory to assist participating agencies select a provider to meet their needs. We’ve gathered some tips and tricks together to show you how it can help your agency with its shortlisting process.

Searching and filtering

Reduce the number of providers in your search using the filter functions:

  • Start by filtering by sub-category, followed by focus areas and regions.
  • Use the keyword search at the top of the page to find specific skills your agency is looking for in a supplier.

Searching for a specific provider

You can search for a specific provider in the keyword search field at the top of the page, by entering the name in quotation marks. You can also search using an asterisk (*) following part of a word.

Shortlist by opening a new tab

Shortlisting by opening a new tab allows you to extract your shortlist without affecting the original search.

  • Select the providers that you want to shortlist
  • Right click on the ‘view shortlist’ heading
  • Open link in new tab.

Exporting shortlists

Agencies have different requirements around the information they may want to share with businesses during a secondary procurement process. A full set of provider information can be extracted via a shortlist in Excel format. Before sending information to the business, agencies are able to delete any fields that are not required (procurement teams may wish to withhold pricing at the initial stage).
