Procure Connect agency webinars
Procure Connect, the government's e-procurement platform, is live and we continue to migrate the All-of-Government (AoG) panels from our website. We are offering fortnightly webinars to introduce the platform and to help agencies get started with Procure Connect.
Procure Connect will provide a quick and efficient connection between suppliers and government. It will be the central location for AoG panels. Agencies can manage the entire secondary procurement process, from sourcing to contract, on the secure and flexible platform following best practice procurement process.
Agencies can already use AoG External legal services contract on Procure Connect. Both the AoG Insurance brokering services and AoG Fleet management services contracts will be ready to use on the platform soon. By mid-year, we expect to have the below contracts added to Procure Connect:
- Motor vehicles
- Reticulated gas
- Print technology and associated services.
Agency webinars
This series of rotating, fortnightly, webinars is open to agencies who have already registered for Procure Connect or those planning to register. We'll also contact participating agencies directly as we continue to move contracts to Procure Connect.

23 April, 10am – 10:45am
In this webinar we will look at:
- how to manage your organisations details
- creating Electronic Tender Box (ETB) keys
- inviting and removing/deactivating users
- approving service orders
- audit logs
- creating online forms and RFx templates.
Agency webinar: How to begin an RFx in Procure Connect
7 May, 10am – 11am
In this webinar we will look at:
- how to start a procurement activity from a panel
- how to create an RFx
- how to manage or design an online form
- where to find your RFx (draft, pending open, open and closed)
- how to edit an RFx once you've created it.
Agency webinar: How to view, evaluate and award an RFx in Procure Connect
21 May, 10-10:45am
In this webinar we will look at:
- how to view supplier responses
- how to evaluate and shortlist respondents
- how to award a supplier
- how to execute and complete a service order.
