Change to All-of-Government Memorandums of Understanding

Sixteen All-of-Government (AoG) Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) have been changed to allow us to share school spend data with the Ministry of Education’s Schools Buying team.

Established in 2020, the Schools Buying team (known also as School Buying CoE) advises schools on buying AoG products and services, promoting informed procurement practices. Having access to school spend data will enable the team to see trends and buying patterns clearly and use these insights to provide targeted support and training to schools as needed.

This change is only relevant to schools – it does not impact other agencies participating in AoG contracts, and will only take effect when all agencies have been notified through the October Contract Bulletin.
