All-of-Government Consultancy services Request for Information now open
We have released a Request for Information (RFI) to support the redesign of the All-of-Government (AoG) Consultancy services contract.
The current solution is one of the most established contracts in the AoG portfolio and plays an important role in how government agencies access consultancy services. While it has delivered value over many years, it does not necessarily meet all of the current needs of agencies or provide sufficient flexibility to respond to shifts in market composition and offerings.
Changes in the consultancy market, evolving buyer expectations, increasing administrative complexity, and growing commercial risks for both government agencies and suppliers, have highlighted the need for a new approach.
We are designing a new solution and want to hear directly from suppliers, industry associations, and other businesses, including Māori and regional businesses. The feedback will help inform the design of a new solution that reflects current market conditions and works for buyers and suppliers. Because many agencies purchase consultancy services through AoG contracts, provider feedback is important in shaping how suppliers access opportunities across the public sector in the future.
