This application form is for non-governmental organisations (NGOs) that wish to access a list of suppliers interested in providing discounts to NGOs.

The information you provide helps us assess your NGO’s eligibility to receive the list.

To access the list of suppliers, we need evidence of your organisation's eligibility.

Please select either ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ for each question below. For those answered ‘Yes’, you will need to email your supporting evidence to procurement@mbie.govt.nz within 10 working days or your application will be unable to be processed. If you answer 'No' to any of the below questions you are not eligible.

Is your organisation a not-for-profit organisation?

Evidence: Please provide us with evidence such as a copy of your charity registration number, proof of charitable tax status or a financial statement.

Unfortunately you are not eligible to participate.

Is your organisation currently funded or contracted by government to deliver social services?

Evidence: Please provide us with evidence such as a copy of a current contract with a government entity.

Unfortunately you are not eligible to participate.

Has your organisation been largely funded (i.e. at least 50%) by government over the last two years?

Evidence: Please provide us with evidence such as annual report or other financial record for the last two years.

Unfortunately you are not eligible to participate.

Is your organisation located in New Zealand?

Evidence: Please provide us with evidence such as your New Zealand Business Number or charity registration number.

Please email your supporting documents to procurement@mbie.govt.nz. Your documents need to be clearly identified as your NGO and no larger than 10 MB. If your files are large you may need to split your email into several parts or compress it.
