Collective procurement of Reticulated gas
The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (the Ministry) has been appointed to lead the collective procurement of reticulated natural gas (Services).
The Ministry has agreed preferential terms with the Supplier for the supply of Services to agencies that are “Eligible Agencies”, as defined in the accompanying Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) available on the reticulated gas contract page. The MoU governs the relationship between the Ministry and participating Eligible Agencies in relation to the supply of Services.
To participate and benefit from the preferential terms secured by the Ministry an Eligible Agency must accept and agree to comply with the terms of the MoU (which are not negotiable).
If your agency is an Eligible Agency and is willing to become a party to the MoU in order to procure Services, please complete and submit this Form of Accession. Once submitted, the Ministry will review the completed Form of Accession and will email you to confirm whether your request to accede to the MoU has been accepted. Please retain a copy of the confirmation and the MoU for your records.
