Request for Proposals for All-of-Government Rental Vehicles and Travel Management Services solutions have closed

The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is leading an All-of-Government (AoG) procurement of new Rental Vehicles and Travel Management Services (TMS) contracts, which both expire next year.

Rental Vehicles

The Rental Vehicles RFP has now closed with the new solution aiming to be in place by February 2019.

Agencies should consider their internal sign off processes to ensure they have enough time to transition to the new contract.

Any vehicle bookings made now for travel after 3 March will be under the terms and conditions of the current contract.

Travel Management Services

The Travel Management Services RFP has now closed with the new solution aiming to be in place by February-March 2019.
