Reducing carbon emissions with Toitū carbonreduce
Government agencies have been working towards achieving public value through broader outcomes. As a way of achieving public value, agencies are engaging with Toitū Envirocare (formerly Enviro-Mark) to measure and manage their carbon emissions.
In response to this demand, we have worked with Toitū Envirocare to establish preferential government rates for Toitū carbonreduce: a carbon emission reduction programme to measure, manage and reduce carbon emissions.
The government rates are on average 10% more favourable than Toitū Envirocare’s standard rates, and are offered to all eligible government agencies. Our website has more information on this offer, including the government rates and scope of services.
Carbon emission reduction programme
Toitū Envirocare is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Manaaki Whenua – Landcare Research, a government-owned Crown Research Institute. More information on Toitū Envirocare, including a dashboard of the top ten government carbon reducers is available on the Toitū Envirocare website.
