We welcomed nine new procurement graduates who started their two-year journey in the procurement graduate programme last week.
We’re now looking for partner agencies who can provide future graduates with practical experience in procurement across different sectors.
We’re seeking host agencies for the next two rotations: August 2022 – February 2023 and February – August 2023.
As a host agency:
- You need a pre-approved budget and headcount to host a graduate. The cost of hosting a graduate for six months is no more than $34,000 plus GST and covers recruitment, graduate salary, ACC and professional development.
- You have an experienced procurement professional to mentor and coach the graduate at your agency.
- You will be listed as an agency for graduates to consider for their next rotation and you will have preference to host a graduate over other agencies.
- You will have an opportunity to be involved in graduate recruitment and meet with graduates at Auckland and Wellington events (COVID-19 permitting). This is also a great opportunity to meet graduates who are in their last rotation in case you are looking to fill a position.
