Panel refresh for Property Consultancy Services contract

Part of: Common Capability Property news Contract update Consultancy

The Government Property Group within the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is leading a Panel Refresh for the Property Consultancy Services Common Capability contract established in March 2017.

A Request for Proposals (RFP) has been released which seeks additional property consultancy providers that can deliver the following services to government agencies:

  • Property Management
  • Property Advisory
  • Market Rental Valuation
  • Other Valuation
  • Property Planning
  • Workplace Strategy
  • Workplace Change Management

The RFP is now live on the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS) and closes at 1pm on 4 May 2018.

The panel refresh will not involve removing current providers from the panel. However, current providers may submit responses for inclusion in other subcategories.

We are still looking for participants with experience in the above fields to evaluate responses and help shape a solution that will work for participating agencies. This is a great opportunity for subject matter experts to contribute to the selection of providers, develop evaluation skills and gain insight into how All-of-Government and Common Capability contracts are developed. The evaluation of responses will occur in May, please contact consultancy@gpg.govt.nz to register your interest.

Agencies are still able to join the current Property Consultancy Services Common Capability contract while this RFP is progressing.

See the Property Consultancy Services page for further information on the contract.
