The current All-of-Government (AoG) IT hardware contract has been extended until 22 November 2021.
We have made the decision to extend the current contract, which was due to expire on 22 September, because of extended negotiations and difficulties that the current Alert Level 4 lockdown has imposed on our Auckland-based suppliers.
The extension will allow us to deliver a better solution for both agencies and suppliers. It will also provide sufficient time for agencies to transition to the new solution.
We will contact agencies directly once the details of the new contract are available. In the meantime, agencies can continue to use the contract under their existing arrangements.
