We're keen to hear your views: All-of-Government contracts 2014

We’re keen to hear your views on the value All-of-Government (AoG) contracts are delivering for your agency and any suggestions for improvement. This will assist us in reviewing the effectiveness of AoG contracts and ensure we are delivering solutions that meet agency needs and deliver value for money.

Based on your feedback from our surveys last year, we've implemented an action plan with initiatives focused on improving areas you identified we needed to work on - this included simplifying this annual survey.

Re-visit the summary of your feedback from last year.

We are seeking feedback on the following key areas:

  • AoG contract performance for your agency;
  • Your satisfaction with AoG suppliers;
  • The quality of service from the Centre of Expertise that manage the contract/s; and
  • Feedback on your preferred communication channels and any further comments or suggestions you may have for our consideration.

The information you provide will remain confidential unless you provide us your details as someone who would like to discuss the feedback.

We would like you to provide feedback on all AoG contracts your agency is participating in or that you manage. If you manage more than one AoG contract, you are encouraged to loop back and provide feedback on other contracts. If don’t want to provide feedback on all of them, we’d love to hear your views on the contracts you’ve most recently joined or the contracts that are key for your agency.

We appreciate that you are busy and estimate the time to complete the survey to be no more than 10 minutes for each contract. This survey link will remain open until Friday 28 November.
