Have your say on buying and managing social services

Are you involved in the planning, sourcing and management of social services?

If you are, you may have recently received an invitation to participate in our on-line survey. This survey will help the Social Services Capability Team understand what support would be helpful to you.

“Answer the survey and have your say,” says Justine Falconer, Manager of the Social Services Procurement Capability Team.
Over 600 staff members from eight government agencies have been invited to participate in the survey which closes on 30 June 2017.

“Government has recognised your important work and established our Team to work with government agencies who are building the procurement capability of the sector,” says Justine.

“The survey results will help us to collectively provide the support you need the most to be able to successfully procure and manage social services.”

The Team has commissioned Colmar Brunton to undertake the survey. The participating agencies are the Ministries of Health, Education, Social Development, Justice, and Business, Innovation and Employment, Oranga Tamariki, the Department of Corrections, and ACC.
