AoG Print Technology and Associated Services - Agency Briefing

11 August 2016

The Print CoE is holding a briefing to provide information regarding the All-of-Government (AoG) Print Technology and Associated Services (PTAS) contract. This briefing is relevant to agencies who:

  • have a Statement of Work expiring in 2016 or 2017. A new Statement of Work is required under PTAS to continue to access AoG benefits for your print requirements
  • have signed a PTAS Letter of Accession but not a Statement of Work
  • want to know more about this contract.

The briefing will be held

Date: Tuesday 27 September 2016
Time: 1:30pm-3:00pm
Location: Ground Floor at MBIE, 15 Stout Street, Wellington

This event is now full. If you would like to be placed on the waitlist or express your interest for the next event, please email print.coe@mbie.govt.nz.

If you’re from outside Wellington, you can join by video conference. Please register online and select the Video Conference option.

Why should you come?

The briefing is an opportunity for your agency to find out more about the benefits of joining the AoG PTAS contract, which include:

  • great AoG rates for a wide range of print products and services from four competitive providers
  • a large range of devices, software, specialty services and products including 3D printers, wide format printers, cameras and so much more, even refurbished devices
  • different pricing options. For devices including cost per copy, purchase and lease. For software including licences per device, user, server, enterprise or a cost per copy rate
  • the PTAS Centre of Expertise (CoE) actively manages the relationship with all four providers and reports on spend and volumes, tracks performance (which we share on inSource), reviews statements of work for consistency with the contract and is an escalation point for agencies
  • the CoE can support your secondary procurement process…just give us plenty of notice.

Further information on the PTAS contract can be found on inSource, which has wealth of information about the new contract including Quick Guides and provider examples.
