AoG External Legal Services – Contract Update

23 August 2016

The All-of-Government External Legal Services (ELS) Agreements are due to expire on 22 December 2017. As part of the early market engagement phase, the Legal CoE held workshops for agencies and suppliers in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch earlier this month. We would like to thank all those who attended and contributed to the discussions. Valuable insights into the market were shared and it is great to see the passion and enthusiasm people bring to their jobs.

Survey feedback

Now that we have completed the workshops, we are issuing a survey which mimics them and provides an additional opportunity for suppliers and agencies to provide feedback. This is particularly important for those of you that did not attend any of our sessions.

Click here to submit your say via the survey. (Please note you will need to read the survey in conjunction with the presentation above.)

The surveys will be open from 22 August to 9 September 2016.

Next Steps

Once we have compiled the information from the workshops & feedback surveys, we intend to post high level findings on GETS website.

We will advise of other options for the market to engage with us in due course.

Any questions?

If you have any questions regarding these sessions or would like to provide feedback, please email
