All-of-Government Advertising Media contract renewal

11 October 2016

The All-of-Government Advertising Media contract currently expires in December 2016. This contract offers eligible government agencies access to a panel of vendors offering discounted advertising rates across all forms of print, broadcast, digital, out-of-home and emerging media.

The Advertising and Design Centre of Expertise (CoE) has been considering the future of this contract and have decided to extend the contract by using both of the one year right of renewal periods available.

The contract with the following vendors has been renewed for a second term commencing 9 December 2016 and will now expire on 8 December 2018:

  • Adshel
  • Ashburton Guardian
  • Fairfax
  • Healthy Life Media
  • iSEE Digital
  • iSite
  • Mediaworks
  • Maori Media Network
  • National Pacific Radio Trust
  • Niche Media
  • NZME
  • Phantom Bill Stickers
  • QMS NZ
  • Reachmedia
  • Rhema Media
  • Scoop
  • Screen Vistas
  • Sky Network Television
  • Snakk Media
  • Television New Zealand
  • The Christchurch Star
  • The Radio Bureau
  • Yellow Pages Group

As per the original agreement, the CoE may appoint additional vendors to the panel as required over the course of the term. Nine new vendors were added to the panel in July.

The CoE has been in touch with providers and renewal notices have been issued. Eligible agencies using the contract will not need to do anything and can continue as usual. The CoE will keep everyone updated with any news as per usual.

Please view the AoG Advertising Media webpage for further information on this contract. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the CoE by email.
